Please note the visa requirements for cruise travelers. All passengers arriving in St. Petersburg by cruise liners, can stay here 72 hours without a visa. However, there are nuances.

Citizens of those countries that have an agreement with Russia on visa-free entry (eg, Israel), can pass the seaport customs on passport only. Other documents do not really need.
